•	Reservation must be made through Aurel head office or the nearest Aurel branch offices.
•	Reservation must be made through Telephone, facsimile or email
•	The name on the reservation form must be the same as written  on the passport or identity card
•	Reservation must be made at least 01 week before check in date for international hotel or 05 days before check-in date for domestic hotel.
•	Reservation that has been done 03 days before check-in date needs one night deposit payment and consider as guarantee booking.
•	Price is subject to change with or without prior notice.
•	All request (such as twin room, double room, non smoking room and others) is based on hotel availability
•	General check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00 (depend from the hotel regulation)
•	All reservation that already considered as guarantee booking, can not be cancelled or can not be changed or will be charged 01 nite fare or based on hotel regulation.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT :
•	Cancellation must be made at least 05 days before check-in date or before the time limit
•	Cancellation that been made less then 03 days before check-in date will be charged at least 01 night fare or based on hotel regulation with additional administration fee applied.
•	Cancellation or amendment that been done after the booking is already considered as guarantee booking or passed the time limit on peak season will be charged FULL NITE CHARGE.
•	Any reservation that already consider as guaranteed booking or already been reconfirm to the hotel cannot be change or subject to charged administration fee and for some country will be charged FULL NITE CHARGE.
REFUND OF UNUSED PORTION :
•	All refund of un-used portion will be charged administration fee with details as below :
	- Domestic hotel : Rp 75.000/invoice
	- Singapore hotel : SGD 10/invoice
	- Hotel with USD currency : USD 5/invoice
	- Hotel with HKD currency : HKD 25/invoice
	- Australian hotel : AUD 10/invoice
	- European hotel : EUR 5/invoice
•	All refund will be processed within 30 working days.
•	All refund can be claimed from Monday to Friday before 15.00
	All refund can be claimed by anyone with an authorization letter.
